Brawl Stars, Supercell's New MOBA Game for Android
In June, last year, the developer of Clash of Clans and Clash Royale, Supercell announced a new game called Brawl Stars. For those of you who don't know yet, Brawl Stars is a 3 vs 3 MOBA-lite game with cartoon graphics planned to be released for Android and iOS.
This multiplayer game entered the soft launch stage for iOS users in Canada, at first. Supercell then announced that the global launch for Android and iOS users will happen in a few months.
Over the past year, it only makes it available on iOS to users in several countries such as Canada, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Ireland, Singapore, Malaysia, Macau, and Hong Kong.
Finally, after a year, today Supercell does a soft launch of the Brawl Stars for Android users as well.
However, the Brawl Stars app for Android users is only available in certain countries below:
- Hong Kong.
Those are the same countries that have also got their soft launch app on iOS. This announcement was made by the developer on their official social media page.
As already mentioned, Brawl Stars is a 3vs3 multiplayer game that essentially lets players shoot, run, punch, and use their individual character abilities to win.
Different brawlers have different attacks and super abilities to get you topped the leaderboard and earn more points.
It has 4 game modes, and users need to collect coins, elixir, and Chips to upgrade and unlock new characters or fighters.
Here's brief gameplay from Brawl Stars:
Like Clash of Clans and Clash Royale, you can play and battle with many users around the world on mobile, and Band of Brawlers (like a Clan?) with fellow players can finally be set up to share tips and battles together.
When is the Brawl Stars Release Date on Android for the United States?
For now, there's no word yet when Supercell plans to release Brawl Stars app on Android and iOS platforms worldwide.
For those who live in one of the countries mentioned above, you can download the game from Google Play and the App Store.
But if you are not in those countries, including the United States itself, you can download it through the trusted APK sites like APKPure and APKMirror, but according to some sources I read, you still need a VPN to run it
Maybe you ask like this, Why it took so long to come out globally? this game is dead already.
Don't be surprised, Supercell is known as a perfectionist mobile game developer so they will not release a game that they believe is not ready to be released yet.
So yes, that's it. Brawl Stars is still in development, and maybe we will get closer to the release date. Just wait for more info from us.
This game is free to download and play but has in-app purchases as well as other free apps. It has a minimum requirement of Android 4.1 and up.
