How to Get Married in Harvest Moon: Seeds of Memories
Marriage is one of the most important things in Harvest Moon Seeds of Memories. There are a lot of memories you can earn related to the marriage.
Getting married in HM: SoM is easy, you can do that in Summer, Year 1 though. It's a little different from some Harvest Moon games which we are required to complete the main story first, then we allowed to get married.
Bachelors and Bachelorettes in Harvest Moon: Seeds of Memories
If choose use a boy as the main character, here is the list of girl you can marry:
- Andrea
- April
- Catherine
- Emily
- Tabitha
If you choose a girl as the main character, here is the list of boy you can marry:
- Gareth
- Gilbert
- Hunter
- Luke
- Tony

Marriage Requirements in Harvest Moon Seeds of Memories
You must meet some of the following conditions for marriage. If you do not meet these requirements, then you will not be able to get married.
- The candidate you want to marry has at least 3 notes.
- You've completed memories related to the candidate and seen at least 4 memory events.
- You have a blue feather.
- You've upgraded the larger house (available at Brutus' shop)

How to Get the Blue Feather in Harvest Moon: Seeds of Memories
When you've seen at least 4 memory events of someone you like, then Rowan will come to your house in the next morning and he suggests you talk with Harvest Goddess.
After that, go to the Goddess Spring in the mountain to meet Harvest Goddess. She will give you the Blue Feather that you will use to propose someone you want to marry.
She also gives you the advice to upgrade your house into a larger house. This is available at Brutus' shop, but you will need Mithril 5x, Glass 10x, Hardwood Lumber 40x, and 85,000 G for this upgrade.
How to Propose & Get Married in HM: SoM
After getting the blue feather from Harvest Goddess and have completed other marriage requirements, talk to someone you want to marry.
There will be a scene where both of you talk about the proposal and the blue feather will be used automatically.
The wedding ceremony will be held 7 days after the proposal. If the wedding takes place on the same day as the festival, then the festival will be ignored. and your marriage will continue.
In the next morning, there will be a scene with the villagers and the sprite tree. You will earn The Sprite Tree memory and gain an extra stamina.
