How to Get the Materials for Tools Upgrade

It turns out that the cosmos is a kind of flower.

Keep in mind that all items in Shops are not available immediately, the availability is based on your game progress.

After buying the flower seeds, you have to plant them yourself according to the growing season. If you want to plant it out of growing season, you have to give it the fertilizer in order not to die.
Once again, buy the flower seeds and fertilizer from Carol.
They are also available in nature during the growing season to be picked for free. Sunflower grows in Summer, and Cosmos is available in Fall.
