How to Fix Can't Download Apps from Google Play Store

There are some problems when using Google Play Store, such as can't be opened and download apps. Those problems are very annoying.

Well, Play Store can't download problems seems to have been frequently found by Android users.

When you want to install applications and games, the download process does not run even pending. To solve this, you can do the steps that I will explain below.

1. Check your internet connection

Make sure that your internet connection is stable and not in trouble. We recommend that you connect to a Wi-Fi network.

If you don't have access to Wi-Fi, make sure you have a strong mobile data connection. Then try downloading again.

2. Clear the cache & data of the Play Store

If the Play Store can't download due to an error, then you need to clear the cache and data from the Play Store app.

  1. Open the settings (gear icon) on your phone

3. Restart your device

  1. Press and hold the Power button until a menu appears.
  2. Tap Power off or Restart.

4. Delete unimportant files until the remaining internal memory is above 550 MB

If there is a list of apps being updated, but the download process is not running, select stop it. If there are too many app updates are pending, then select Stop All.

  1. Open the Play Store app.
  2. Tap menu.
  3. Scroll down to Settings.
  4. Tap the auto-update app menu > Select do not auto-update apps.

7. Update your Google Play Services (Optional)

If the Google Play services have not been updated for a long time, it will cause an error to Play Store. Therefore, you need to update it regularly.
