Nova's Shop by the Sea
Nova opens a side business during Summer. She sells various fresh drinks that are suitable for the summer.
She sells some cold juice which is loved by Michael. You can also sell Seashells in Nova's shop for a higher price than other shops.

Sofia's Livestock
Sofia sells various livestock as well as animal feed and medicine for them. Almost any animal you can buy from her if it's available, except Bobcat.

Sam's General Store
Sam sells various seeds, such as vegetable seeds and fruit trees. You can also buy fish bait, Stone, and Softwood Lumber from him.
On certain days, He moves from one and another place. Almost all items you can sell to Sam, but there are some items which the selling price is cheaper.

Doc is an architect who provides services for building upgrades. He can upgrade your house, animal barn, and chicken coop into bigger. He also can make various items to decorate your farm.
